1. Definitions & Agreement

"Cunnected" refers to Cunnected Travel Pvt. Ltd., its employees, agents and authorised representatives operating from India and the UAE.

"Traveller" / "You" refers to the person(s) named on the booking confirmation. By completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all travellers in your group.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cunnected and supersede all prior communications.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.

• A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% of total package value (or as stated in your quote) is required to confirm a reservation.
• The balance is due no later than 45 days prior to departure. Failure to pay by this date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of deposit.
• For bookings made within 45 days of departure, the full amount is payable immediately.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or other methods agreed in writing.
• Prices quoted are in INR unless otherwise stated and are subject to change until payment is received in full.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to info@cunnected.com. The following cancellation charges apply:

• 61+ days before departure: Loss of deposit only
• 45–60 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
• 30–44 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
• 15–29 days before departure: 75% of total package cost
• 0–14 days before departure: 100% of total package cost (no refund)

Flight tickets, hotel deposits and visa fees are subject to the respective supplier's cancellation policies, which may be stricter than the above. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

4. Amendments by Cunnected

Cunnected reserves the right to make changes to any aspect of your travel arrangements prior to departure. We will notify you at the earliest opportunity. In the event of a significant change, you may choose to:

• Accept the revised arrangements
• Select an alternative holiday of equivalent or lower value (with refund of any difference)
• Cancel your booking and receive a full refund of all monies paid

5. Travel Documents & Visa

It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold valid passports, visas, health certificates and any other documents required for your trip. Cunnected provides visa assistance as a service and does not guarantee visa approval, which is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate.

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
• Cunnected accepts no liability for any delays, costs or losses arising from incorrect or insufficient travel documentation.
• Visa fees, service charges and any government duties are non-refundable once submitted.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss and personal liability before departure. Cunnected offers insurance through partner providers — please ask your travel consultant for details.

Cunnected is not liable for any losses that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.

7. Liability & Indemnity

Cunnected acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators and other service providers. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid to us for the specific service in question, and we accept no liability for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
• Death, injury or illness not caused by our negligence
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Consequential, indirect or special losses of any kind
• Events beyond our reasonable control (see Force Majeure)

8. Force Majeure

Cunnected is not liable for cancellations, delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, strikes, or extreme weather events. In such cases, we will endeavour to offer alternative arrangements where possible.

9. Privacy Policy

Cunnected collects and processes your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your data is used exclusively to process your booking and deliver services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

• Data is stored securely and retained for the period required by law.
• You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing info@cunnected.com.
• By making a booking, you consent to Cunnected sharing your data with relevant service providers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities) as necessary to fulfil your booking.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
